As a client of One Small Step, and if you are a patient identified as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI), you have the right to receive treatment and services that promote your dignity, safety, and recovery. These rights are protected by Arizona law (A.R.S. 搂 36-504, A.A.C. R9-21) and federal law, including HIPAA.
